二、关爱学生
祖父、外祖父，还有众多的家族长辈，亲人均为教师，我自小尊重他们，加上乐群的性格，渐渐地，我发现自己并不讨厌与学生打交道，我喜欢学生，也受学生喜欢。
到四中8年的时光，其中值得自乐的一件事是连续7年一直担任班主任。世间的事物永远都是相对的。学生在带给我无尽麻烦的同时，也带给我难以言表的快乐。开始的两三年我用8个字总结：疲于奔命，碌碌无为。我曾经自嘲当班主任处理琐事的感受可以借用一句经典诗词来形容：天长地久有时尽，此恨绵绵无绝期。我“恨”当班主任。

“五四”运动，是一场伟大的反帝反封建的爱国救亡运动，也是一场伟大的思想解放运动和新文化运动，在中国革命史上具有划时代的意义。94年来，“五四”运动所孕育的爱国、进步、民主、科学精神，所表现出来的强烈民族忧患意识和求创新、图发展的精神追求，代代相传，生生不息。在新的历史时期，我县广大青年围绕全县工作大局，主动融入，积极作为，在经济、社会、文化等各个领域扎实工作，竭诚奉献。今天受到表彰的优秀团干部、团员就是新时期优秀青年的典型代表，是全县广大团员青年学习的榜样。借此机会，我代表县委、县政府向全县广大团员青年和各级共青团组织提几点希望和要求：
一是要坚定理想，忠贞信念。理想就是方向，信念就是动力。广大团员青年要牢固树立共产主义远大理想，坚定中国特色社会主义信念，坚持用党的先进思想武装头脑，保持政治上的清醒与坚定，把爱国之情转化为建设家乡的具体行动，努力把个人的理想融入到实现江陵跨越发展，打造滨江工业城、荆州卫星城和水乡园林城的伟大事业中来，在推动江陵科学发展的实践中创造出无悔的青春。
二是要坚持学习，勇于实践。学习实践不仅是青年追求进步、成长成才的基本途径，也是国家和民族永葆生机和活力的力量源泉。在科技知识日新月异、交通通信方便快捷的全球化、信息化时代，广大青年作为国家未来的建设者和接班人，必须始终坚持面向现代化、面向世界、面向未来，以只争朝夕的紧迫感和坚韧不拔的毅力加强学习实践，全面追求进步，为成长成才打下坚实的基础。一方面，要潜心向书本学习，切实掌握现代科学文化知识，用人类社会创造的一切优秀文明成果武装自己，紧跟时代潮流和社会发展步伐。另一方面，要要勇于实践，要善于把所学的知识运用到建设江陵的实践中去，在实践中锻炼和提升自己。要不断拓展学习实践空间，改进学习实践形式，丰富学习实践内容，增强学习实践效果。

四是要争先创优，勇于创新。青年是整个社会中最具开拓创新精神的群体，要积极响____县委县政府的总体要求，以科学发展观为指导，争当创优创新的尖兵。要勇敢地站在时代前沿，走在思想解放的前列，积极探索，先行先试，在知识创新、技术创新、思路创新、制度创新、管理创新、工作创新中发挥聪明才智。广大青年还要立足本职工作，顺应时代要求，始终以奋进开拓、永不言败的精神状态为我们江陵的建设添砖增瓦。

历史的风雨，冲刷着岁月的痕迹，同时也会使一些记忆更加鲜活，更加丰满。“五四”所孕育凝结的爱国、进步、民主、科学的精神，就是这样一种记忆，并且已经被深深地镌刻在国家和民族的集体记忆中，如同徽章一样永远佩戴在一代又一代勇立时代潮头的中国青年胸前，薪火相传，历久弥新。正是在对五四精神生生不息的记忆和传承中，我们感受到一个民族的不屈与奋进，思索着青春的魅力和价值。

我们要弘扬五四精神，在服务社会中做出新贡献。全县各级共青团组织要在服务社会中找准点、定好位，广泛宣传发动更多的团员青年和群众加入到志愿者行列，不断扩大志愿者队伍的规模。进一步发挥青年志愿者协会职能作用，推动志愿服务日常化、专业化、规范化建设。积极组织志愿者服务全县中心工作，在沿江产业园、建设滨江新区中配合县委县政府做好志愿服务。全力打造“共青团关爱农民工子女志愿服务”、“关爱农村留守儿童”等活动品牌，实现对在校农民工子女的全覆盖。
我们要弘扬五四精神，在服务青年中取得新突破。共青团是党领导下的先进青年的群众组织，服务青年是共青团的生命力所在。各级团组织要以青年为本，在青年就业创业、青年人才培养、困难青少年扶助、青少年和谐发展等方面，搭建有效服务平台，建设长效服务机制。当前对青年就业创业问题，党政关心、社会关注、青年关切，我们要建基地、送培训、供岗位、助创业，把促进青年就业创业作为服务青年的重中之重，切实服务青年的最现实、最直接、最迫切的需求。全力促进青年就业创业是服务中心、服务大局的最佳结合点，是服务青年成长发展的有效途径。我们要高举促进青年就业创业的旗帜，把这项工作作为服务青年的重要抓手，坚持就业与创业相结合，以创业带动就业，以就业促进创业，积极整合团内外资源，构建青年就业创业服务体系。一是开展就业创业技能培训。以返乡农民工为重点，围绕种植养殖、农产品加工、农村服务业的创业技能和创业意识，大力开展“共青团农村青年培训行动”。二是努力拓宽农村青年创业融资渠道。积极探索与金融机构的合作方式，结合地方实际出台促进农村青年就业创业的小额贷款等金融政策，多方筹措创业资金。认真落实“青春邮贷”。广泛整合社会资源，筹集建立农村青年就业创业扶持基金和担保基金，助推农村青年围绕种植、养殖产品加工和农村服务业就业创业。三是创建农村青年就业创业见习、农基地。选择优秀的农村青年能人依托其产业、技术和项目，农村青年就业创业提供实习场所。

21世纪的钟声响起，中国人民昂首阔步走进了新时代。我们又迎来了世纪的第一个党的盛会。
全国人民都在欢欣鼓舞。他们都在用自己的方式表达着自己的心意，沈阳也不例外，沈阳是座历史悠久的古城，同时它也是全国的主要工业基地之一。沈阳曾经为共和国的经济建设，创下了不朽的辉煌。但今天我们也在同样背负着沉重的环境负担。给城市的建设也带来了巨大的压力。于是全市面上下人民都以自己的行动向环境污染挑战。拆除了1000多根排放污气的烟囱，400多座不合格的锅炉房，对浑河中的污水进行了彻底的治理。一块块碧绿的草地，宽场的板油马路，一座座悠静别致的小公园，这都是环境治理的明显标记。
渐渐地这座美丽的城市，重新洁净起来，亮起来，焕发了昔日的光彩，吸引了许许多多国内外大大小小的商家来到沈阳投资建厂创办公司，现在的沈阳又重新充满了生机活力。“树茂引得凤凰来栖”这名话在这里得到了体现。
做为一个从小就生长在党旗下的我，看到此时的祖国，此时的家乡，这种心情难以言表。
我是一个基层的社区工作者，计划生育工作是我的工作范畴。刚刚到岗位工作时，我总觉得计生工作对我来说简直就是在也陌生不过的字眼。计生工作范围有多大，计生工作应该如何开展、许多问题我都常常搞不清楚，而且我还带着非常严重的不满情绪。总认为一个只有二十几岁的我，而且还未结婚，从事这项工作，对开我来说简直就是困难重重。我在上级和社区的同志们的帮助下，我渐渐的打消了这个念头。看到赵科长和小宋她们的年龄与我相仿，而且业务都那么熟练，我惭愧了，决心让自己彻底打消这种念头。每次开会培训我都会带着笔记本，做上详细的记录，对遇到的问题也能及时向大家请教。如今在大家的帮助下，我写了入党申请书，并成了一位党外积极分子，这一切都是在党的感召之下，特别是看过xx大后。虽然我只是个党外积极分子。但我要在这一刻起处处以一个党员的标准要求自己，努力做好一个基层计生工作者的一切工作，用自己的实际行动向党和人民献礼，用自己的力量为社区工作奉献出自己的光和热，为社会主义现代化事业的辉煌明天而奋斗。

下午好！xx年前的今天，热血青年们为救国而奔走呼号，掀起了一场中国近代史上未曾有过的思想解放运动，xx年后的今天，"五四运动"留给我们的是永远的记忆，"五四"精神带给我们的是源源不断的动力。在新时期的社会形势下，作为法院的一名青年干警，我认为，应该从以下几个方面树立自己的职业尊荣感，推动工作，完成党和人民交给的光荣任务。
一、青年干警应该坚定"公平正义"的法律信仰：
信仰，是人生旅途中指引方向的路标，是万物灵长的皈依。人民法院、人民法官代表国家行使司法裁判权，是公平与正义防线的扞卫者和守护者，是人民群众切身利益的维护者。法官职业的崇高，正是这个群体以"公平、正义"为自身的信仰，人们视他们为公平正义的化身。作为一名法院干警，我也经常在思考，在这个物欲横流的世界，摆放在法官面前的是审判执行权，权力本身是一把双刃剑，它关系着当事人的切身利益，反之也有诱惑，面对着种种诱惑，如何保持内心的那份安宁，没有一丝的躁动?宋鱼水有一句话说得好："一名法官如果在人情关、关系关上失守，也许会得到一些看得到的东西，但失去的却是作为一名法官最神圣的公正和尊严。"我们应该坚守自己的法律信仰，依法公正地审理好每一件案件，坚守原则不退缩，坚定信念不动摇，把每一件案件都办成经得起历史检验，经得起社会评价，经得起法律衡量的铁案。
二、青年干警应该秉持"爱岗敬业"的工作态度：
思想决定态度，态度决定行动。一个人的态度直接决定了他对待工作是尽心尽力还是敷衍了事，是安于现状，还是积极进取。态度越积极，决心就越大，对工作投入的心血也就越多，越能享受到工作的乐趣，获得领导的认可、同志们的尊重。作为青年法官，首先，自己要热爱本职工作，要不断增强工作责任心，焕发起工作激情，忠于职守，勤勉努力。其次，自己要振作精神，充满激情，积极主动地开展工作，不推诿、不扯皮、不等不靠，努力"把工作完成在今天"，并要挑战"不可能完成的工作"，以燃烧的激情获取事业的成功。第三，要认真学习，不断总结，提高工作能力。树立自信、自尊、自立、自强的理念，不断学习新知识、掌握新技能，要抢抓机遇，迎接挑战，用勤劳和智慧为部门添彩，为单位争光，实现自己的人生价值。
三、青年干警应该树立"公正、廉洁、为民"的司法理念：
马克思曾经指出："法官的责任是当法律运用到个别场合时，根据他对法律的诚挚理解来解释法律。"人民法官的审判应当忠实于宪法和法律，这是社会主义法制国家对法官职业尊荣感的当然和必要要求。人民法官要树立正确的职业尊荣感，必须首先培养公正、廉洁、为民的人民法官核心价值观，也只有在正确职业尊荣感的驱使下，才会更加珍视自己的职业为生命，才会为提升职业尊荣感而付出百倍的努力。
"一次不公的裁判比多次不平的举动为祸尤烈，因为这些不平的举动不过弄脏了水流，而不公的裁判污染的是整个水源。"职业的尊荣源自于神圣的使命，神圣的使命有赖于公正的担当。人民法官只有在保证程序公正、实体公正和形象公正的司法活动中，才能赢得人民群众和社会对人民法官的认同与尊重。
随着改革开放的不断深入，经济体制深刻变革，社会结构深刻变动，利益格局深刻调整，思想观念深刻变化，我国已经进入社会转型期、矛盾凸显期。在这个阶段，党和人民对法院赋予的期望也更加高，作为青年法官，是法院未来发展的希望所在，我们应该树立正确的职业尊荣感、秉持踏实的工作态度，坚定信仰，负重前行，为法院事业的建设，为国家法治的进步，贡献自己的青春和热血！

美妙的生命之中,也有它自然的脆弱,我们若不能正确把握航船,偏离了原来的方向,就会像落地的玻璃无法再复原.在当今的社会之中,吸毒,凶杀……比比皆是,许多人落入了生命原有的陷阱,无法自拔.在他们短暂的一身中,留给我们的则是无穷的苦楚。
生命原本就是坚强之中略带稍微的迷惘,也许我们不能改变其固有的本质,但却可以正确的把握它.记得有这样一首诗"生命诚可贵,爱情价便高,若有自由顾,二者皆可抛."试问,一个人连生命都没有了,他将到哪里去寻找自由呢是天堂还是地狱呢所以说生命才是这世上最宝贵的东西.上帝是公平的,他给予了我们生命,但对每个人的生命也仅仅只有一次,就那么一次.生命的诞生本生就是一件令人欣喜的事,更何况于我们的诞生便意味着崇高的人生之路的开始.在这条路上,我们会哭会笑,会退缩,会向前,试想,这将是一件多么美妙的事,我们为什么还要去草草了结生命呢?

我们不优良共产党员、检察兵士吴信林等许很多多英模人物那样的骄人事迹，我们没有海空卫士王伟那样的英雄浑举，然而，当我们用娴熟的办案技能，把恶贯满盈的犯法分子送上法庭的时候;当我们丰盛的侦察谋略，把曾经显赫一时的腐朽分子斩于马下的时候;当我们追踪千里，不负众望，把叛逃本地的人犯缉捕归案的时候;当我们历尽辛劳追为企业回赃款，看到企业职工的脸上露动身自心坎的笑颜的时候……我们感触到的何止是快慰与骄傲!
是的，我们没有奔跑，没有皮尔·卡丹，我们不要虚名，不图财富，我们无所谓荣辱、进退、得失……
我们凭的是一腔沸腾的热血，对党、对人民的赤胆忠心;我们靠的是一身凛然的正气，对事业、对职责的无穷虔诚;我们凭仗的是国民大众的懂得、支撑和信任。这所有，比势力更可贵，比财产更殷实。有人说，鲜花的事业是甜蜜的，果实的事业是空虚的，但我们抉择的，是把本人辛苦的劳动，化作满天的雨露，洗净空气中的尘埃;把自己满腔的热忱，化作熄灭的炎火，把大地上的杂草连根烧掉，让我们的天空更加污浊，阳光更加残暴，江河更加明澈，让我们的社会结出更多更美的花，更香更甜的果。
一百年，不外是弹指一挥间，不过是白驹过隙的一瞬。新的世纪已经开端，历史的长河阅历了无数个转折，正在领引着咱们走向繁华与富强。八十二年前诞生的婴儿，现在已经渐渐老矣，但八十二年前出生的五四精神，在今天，在未来，将永远残暴醒目，由于，青年，将永远是时代的先锋，是将来的主人。“弄潮儿向涛头破，手把红旗旗不湿”，今天，是时期的潮头，我们，是今天的弄潮儿。让我们面对着世界，面对着来日，吼一声，焚烧吧，青春的火焰!

尊敬的各位老师、亲爱的同学们：
大家好！
五四青年节一个隆重而又庄严的节日，一个可以激发我们青年人热情的节日，从1919年的5月4日，转眼间我们走过了98个春秋了。它不是一个不同的日子，而是代表我们中国青年自己的日子。
它总是让我回想起中国的青年为了祖国和人民的命运而作的斗争的精神。我理解的五四精神是自由、民主、爱国，是锐意进取，这些在任何时代都是应该继承和发扬的。虽然当代大学生身处的时代和九十年前大不相同，但这些根深蒂固的传统是变不了的。时光飞逝，岁月如流，从上个世纪的1919年到现在，五四已经走过了近一个世纪。
时间已经过去98年了，弹指间灰飞烟灭，历史的脚印永远定格在那个时期那个动荡的年代。那个时代充满了的黑暗与残酷，但是那个难忘的历史只有留在史册上和人们的心里。
无论是被欺压还是我们奋起的反抗，那些种种都过去了，过去是值得纪念，但是更重要的是还留存下来的一种精神，一种五四所带来的英勇与坚强、果敢与奋进、热忱与理想、不屈与抗争的精神。这精神不该随着岁月的变迁而流逝，那种精神不该只停留在那个时代，那种精神也不该只是用来让我们来纪念。我常常思考这样一个问题：我们这样推崇的五四精神是否过时了？还是脱离了现代21世界的发展？。但是我想说的是这种精神是从不凝固，正如历史永不会重现。
记得有人说过，击非典的众志成城，直到最近几年的汶川地震，还有前一阵子才发生的玉树地震。我们仍然有着爱国的精神，仍然有着国家有难，我们青年人作为先锋队，为国家现身。虽说不上过去战乱年代的抛头颅洒热血的年代，但是我们仍旧有着爱国的精神，为国家尽着微薄的力量。所以这种五四精神没有被我们现在的年轻人所遗忘。然而我们正是在继续壮大这种精神。
时间已经过去90多年了，一代又一代的人在用自己的青春诠释这这一种精神。然而这种精神是不会随着时间的消逝而被大家忘却的。因为五四运动的精神已经在我们中国人的心里永存。
