大家好！我竞聘的岗位是初中英语教师岗位，竞聘这一岗位的理由如下：
一、思想政治方面
本人热爱祖国、热爱人民、拥护中国共产党的领导，忠诚党的教育事业。
二、职业道德方面
严格履行中小学教师职业道德规范，为人师表，严格遵守岗位制度，严格恪守人民教师的职业道德，积极参加公益事业。
三、业务方面
从教多年来，从未间断过继续教育学习，取得了英语本科学历，计算机甲级乙等，县、市级骨干教师培训证，英特尔教师培训证等。
四、教育教学工作能力
1、胜任英语教学工作，在联考中我所任教班级的英语成绩名列前茅；曾在全县初三英语教师会上做了经验交流；先后三次参加通化县区域教研教改公开课，受到同行们的好评，并被X教师进修学校授予“课改优质课”的光荣称号。
2、胜任班主任工作，特别是转变脏乱差班级的'管理方面，取得了极大的成绩，被评为市级优秀教师。
3、胜任教研组长工作，能够协调好领导和老师之间的关系，团结协作，做好教研组长工作。历年来我们组都是第一个开展教研课，各顶活动都走在最前面，得到上级领导的肯定，多次被评为优秀教师。

5、尽管我是从教多年的英语教师，有着一定的工作经验和成绩，但我绝不会满足于已取得的微薄成绩，我会竭尽全力把学生教好，将英语教学搞好。
综上所述，本人符合如果我能够打算开展“任务型教学”实验活动，把学习者个人的生活经历作为课堂学习的主要资源，力图将课堂内的语言学习与课堂外的语言活动结合起来。
