The City Mouse and the Country Mouse
Once there were two mice. They were friends. One mouse lived in the country; the other mouse lived in the city. But for myself, I learn English not only because of its importance, but also because of my love for it. When I learn English, I can feel a different way of thinking which gives me more room to touch the world. When I speak English, I can feel the confidence from my words.
I love English. It gives me a colorful dream. I hope I can travel around the world some day. With my good English, I can make many foreign friends.
I also want to use my good English to introduce our great places to the English spoken people. I hope that they can love our country like us. I am sure that I will realize my dream one day! Thank you!

"never say die, i've been down this road before. i'll never quit, i'll never lay down." it's the song named "win". it tells us never say die.
seeing this topic, what first strikes my mind is the group of blind football players who won the silver medal at the beijing paralympics games. what they did shows the spirit of the old saying “never say die”. instead of giving up because of their blindness, they have redoubled their efforts and they did wonders.
never give up, even though there are many difficult things waiting for you. if you try your best, maybe there will be many successes behind you the next time.
i once read a book called "the count of monte cristo". in the book, it says, all human wisdom is summed up in these two words, wait and hope. just try your best, wait for the success and hold on your hopes.
trying times will pass, as they always do. face the trouble heroically
and just have patience, your dreams will come true and you will surely win.

Dream is beautiful, it is the bottom of my heart the most beautiful expectations, so the dream also become our long-held beliefs.
Dream is the sun, it makes people from impetuous to solid, from the hesitation to the firm, and on the road to success.
Dream is powerful, it is the life source of forward momentum; Lofty dreams can inspire a life all potential.
Because of this we will go to dream, to grasp the dream, the pursuit of dreams.
And because of country's dream is the one people's little dream, is not affected by big dream small dreams, but just because one little dream realization and achievement of the establishment of the great dream, why not?

I think each people is unique.Everyone is different .I don’t need to envy others，because I think I am the only one in the world.So do u really know yourself?In my parents’eyes,I am a naughty boy. In my friends’ eyes, I am a friendly boy.In my teachers’eyes,I am a boy which progresses.But how do I think of myself?I don’t know.
Everone has merits and shortcomings. we need to discover our disadvantages and get rid of it . However, Lookers-on see most often.So mentors are necessary.In elementary school, I didn’t know the importance of studying.I just know playing all day.One day my english teacher told me (that) she thought I was a intelligent boy.I was shocked by what she said.I didn’t do well in my english subject at that time.I was encouraged by what she said.In other words,what she said made me exicted.Since then,I fell in love with English.I started to read some English novels and listen to music.My english teacher taught me patiently and encouraged me to insist on doing these.I was interested in english.I found it was easy to learn english.It does’t like I thought it would be difficult.Maybe I had talent in learning english.However,if I don’t listen to my english teacher.Maybe I would get lost.
Everybody should have confidence in discovering yourselves,although it is a difficult journey.When there is a will,there is a way.
there was a guy who went into a shop to buy a parrot。 there werethreeparrots in the shop。 one was $5，000; another one，$10，000; and the third one，$30，000。
the customer asked the owner，“how e this guy is $5，000? that is soexpensive for this kindof parrot。”
the owner said，“because i have trained himand he can talk。”
so the customer asked him，“how about this guy?
what can he dothat makes him so expensive?” the owner said，“well，apart from talking，he canalso do some amusing actions，like dancing and so on。
that is why he is soexpensive。” then the customer said，“how about the third one? what canhe do thatmakes him so expensive?”
the owner of the shopsaid，“i don?t know。 normally，ihave never heard him talk，nor dance，nor whistle，nor sing，nothing at all! butthe other two call him ?the boss。”
We live in the world every day. We eat food, drink water, wear clothes, watch TV, use computers and so on. We are producing waste every moment.
Generally speaking, there are four sorts of waste. They are material waste, organic waste, inorganic waste and poisonous & harmful waste. Now, we are going to talk about each sort of waste one by one.
Material waste: it means the waste of substance or things from which something else can be made. For example, people throw away the used metal products and buy a new one, so the old metal waste accumulates. At last, they become waste. For example, when people finish reading newspaper, the paper will become waste. When the glass is broken, it also becomes waste. Nobody wants to use a broken window or drink with a broken glass or wear a pair of broken glasses. Once it is broken, it becomes waste. The rate of using plastics is increasing day by day. People use plastic bags because they are convenient. When they get home, they throw the plastics way, paying no attention to the environment. The more convenience plastics brings to us, the more plastic waste is produced. This is called “white pollution” as most plastics are white. Some of our products we use every day are made of rubber, just like the tyres and the bottom part of our shoes. It’s true that rubber plays an important role in our life. However, it also brings us some trouble when it has been used for a long time and becomes old. The old tyres become waste because it can’t break down by nature. This is really a big problem.
Parents love, is the light in the dark, let my heart no longer lonely.
Parents love, is a can be sprinkled in my heart drizzle, moisten my dry heart.
Parents love, is the gas station in life, let me have the courage to accept the challenge.
The old saying says: "the sheep has kneel down the milk of the grace, the crow has the sense of feeding back." Every bit of our growth is inseparable from the help of parents, water when yongquan phase reported, therefore, we should know how to Thanksgiving, know how to thank parents.
Students, let us Thanksgiving parents! With a grateful heart to treat parents, with a sincere heart and parents exchange. They are great enough to bring us into this beautiful world, and they raise us as adults, giving us nothing in return. Be grateful for what your parents have given you.
